NovaMind Prompts sells digitally delivered products. Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, refunds are handled as described below.
When you are eligible for a refund
- You did not receive your product and we cannot deliver it
- The files are damaged or cannot be opened and we cannot provide a working replacement
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- The product is materially different from its description on this website
Please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
Email support@novamindprompts.com with your order number, the email used at checkout and a short description of the problem. We will review your request and reply by email.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under the consumer laws that apply to you.
